His diverse training led him to serve as a faculty in some of the known ballet schools such as Boston Ballet School and Master Ballet Academy. From 2006 to 2012, he served as a co-artistic director at Garage Contemporary Ballet which he founded with Ryan Orion. Currently, Jenkins focuses on freelance choreography for companies and productions.
