After winning multiple first prizes and Grand Prix awards in ballet competitions at France, she subsequently studied at the National Ballet School of Alicia Alonso where she graduated at the top of her class. Pastor won a silver medal in 1998 at the renowned International Ballet Competition in Varna, Bulgaria. In the same year, she became a member of the National Ballet of Cuba under the direction of Alicia Alonso. In 1999, she became a solo dancer with Janine Charrat in Paris at the Ballet Madrid under the direction of Victor Ullate, and from 2000 until 2008, she was at the State Theatre in Wiesbaden under the direction of Ben Van Cauwenbergh. International guest appearances have taken her to Italy, Russia, Spain, South America, Norway, Cyprus, and USA. In 2019, she graduated and received her diploma as a dance instructor and dance therapist. In addition to workshops she gave around Europe, she was also a guest teacher at Tanzgymnasium Essen-Werden where she taught ballet classes, pointes shoes, and repertory. Currently, she is a Principal Dancer of the Aalto Ballet Theatre Essen since 2008.
