  • What is Icons?
    Icons by StageRitual is a booking platform that help students and dancers book online private dance classes with the best professionals in the industry.
  • Who are the mentors in Icons?
    Icons will be bringing in mentors from all around the world, ranging from professional ballet dancers to teachers, coaches, and more.
  • Which classes can I book?
    You can book any of the classes with availabilities from the 'Mentors' page. Each mentor has their specialties specified on their profile to help you choose a suitable class for your needs.
  • How do I book a class?
    You may book a class through the 'Mentors' page by selecting the 'Book Now' button and selecting a date and time slot of your preference.
  • How can I know if I have successfully booked a slot?
    After successfully booking a slot, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you will be providing before confirming.
  • Will my chosen class date be set as final?
    After booking a slot, we will confirm the date and time slot with the mentor selected. Should there either be changes or none, we will inform you through email.
  • Can I change the date after I booked a slot?
    We only allow rescheduling if the new proposed date is given thirty (30) days ahead to give time for the admin and mentor to communicate and settle the change in booking dates. However, this does not mean that the date is secured.
  • Can I change the artist after I booked a slot?
    No, you cannot change the mentor you have selected for booking. However, you are allowed to cancel your current booking and select your new preferred mentor.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    Yes, you can cancel your booking anytime. However, if you cancel your booking three (3) days before the scheduled date, your payment will be nonrefundable.
  • Is there a cancellation fee when cancelling my booking?
    No, there is no cancellation fee.
  • The artist is not available on my chosen date and I am unavailable for other dates. Can I cancel and get a refund?
    Yes, you can get a refund if you cancelled your booking as early as four (4) days before the scheduled date.
